This in spite of several unforeseen (I would say in foreseeable) headaches that came up but were each dealt with professionally and without impacting the original estimate. He worked with me to include application of a fire retardant that he hadn’t used before and was the only contractor I asked who agreed to do so. He is responsive and has great attention to detail and really cared that we were happy with the end result.”

3/17 – Hired Zac again, to stain, paint, and fix our back deck, small front deck, and handicapped porch. Outstanding service: the decks all look gorgeous, and he built a small retaining wall to keep the earth-to-wood contact from happening again. The place never looked better and I am super happy. The pride in workmanship, going above and beyond the job, the cleanup, and Zac’s reliability and responsiveness are all exceptional. A++++!”
